We could not match this sign-in request to an active tenant routing policy. The link may be wrong or the connection may not be registered.
What you can try
- Confirm you are using the correct employer or tenant sign-in path your administrator published.
- Your internal IT or tenant admin must fix routing or entitlements; platform support cannot override your organization’s policy.
When you contact support, include the correlation_id and error code, plus when it happened (with timezone). Email projects@extanto.com or use the channel in your contract. Do not send sign-in secrets, MFA codes, cookies, or full redirect URLs with tokens.
